Standardized Processing Flow
– From Farm to Frozen, Every Step Matters
Step 1: Raw Material Receiving & Live Fish Handling
Raw material acceptance: Different from traditional fish farming, deep-sea cage farming is healthy and pollution-free, and the golden pomfret meat is firm and tender.
Step 2: Divided into specifications and frozen
Fish are sorted according to size and weight based on customer needs (e.g., 200–300g, 300–500g). After grading, fish are pre-cooled below 4°C to stabilize internal temperature before processing.
Step 3: Glazing
Put the product into ice water below 4°C and stir gently, so that the ice coat can evenly cover the fish body.
Step 4: fish fillet making
Bloodletting-opening-peeling-dermabrasion-trimming-pricking-division-discharging-vacuum packaging-quick freezing.
Step 5: Packaging and Refrigeration
Store the packaged finished product in a freezer below -18°C, and the temperature fluctuation should not exceed 3°C. The refrigerated cabinet must be cleaned before loading, keep the refrigerated cabinet hygienic and clean, pre-cool in advance to ensure no contamination of food, and keep the temperature below -18°C.
Step 6: Cold Storage & Reefer Container Loading
Final products are stored in cold rooms at -18°C or lower, with temperature fluctuations strictly controlled. Reefer containers are pre-cooled and sanitized before loading to ensure food-grade safety throughout the cold chain.
